In particular, issues related to name lending concerning construction business registration are one of the major points of contention, and legal judgments on this matter can have significant impacts on the parties involved in the contracts. In this regard, Attorney Baegihyung from Cheongchul Law Firm stated, "If both the client (contractor) and the subcontractor entered into the contract without knowing that name lending was taking place, it can be considered likely that the name lender will become a party to the contract."u0000
