The law firm Cheongchul (Contact Lawyers: Park Jong-han, Lee Young-gyeong) provided legal advice on real estate due diligence and private contract signing related to the purchase of trust real estate for the operation of the dormitory of the Korea National University of Arts (a national university under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism).

Properties owned by public institutions are classified as national property, and the National Property Act stipulates that property with established private rights cannot be acquired as national property except after those private rights have been extinguished.
