Cheongchul Law Firm was entrusted by POSCO International Co., Ltd. to undertake a lawsuit for objection to the claim from the first instance and, after a fierce legal dispute with a large law firm appointed as the opposing party's representative, led to a new legal ruling by the Supreme Court, resulting in a final victory in a case recognized as an important ruling by the Supreme Court.
