Attorney Shin Jun-seon of Cheongchul Law Firm conducted practical legal and litigation training for the litigation performers of Gangseo-gu at the main conference room on the 3rd floor of the Gangseo-gu Office, as a legal adviser to the Gangseo-gu Office of Seoul on December 17, 2025 (Wednesday).

This training was focused on delivering practical litigation knowledge that can be utilized immediately in practice, targeting those who are responsible for litigation tasks in each department.

The training was structured around the legal procedures and issues that litigation performers often encounter difficulties with in practice. We discussed accurate response methods regarding the claim and wrote convincing legal documents, as well as effective statement techniques in court and how to deal with the judges. In the section on recovering litigation costs and enforcement, we covered practical ways to realize rights after a winning judgment. In particular, Attorney Shin Jun-seon shared actual cases and know-how based on years of trial experience to aid participants' understanding.

Especially, this training was conducted based on actual forms and precedents, which enhanced the participants' understanding. The Q&A session provided an opportunity to clarify questions from the field.
