Attorney Park Jong-han participated as a discussant at the 81st National Real Estate Academic Presentation Conference, hosted by the Korean Real Estate Society, which will be held at the Seoul National University Faculty Club on May 31, 2024, following the 76th and 78th National Real Estate Academic Presentation Conferences.

The topic Attorney Park Jong-han discussed was ‘The Current Status and Improvement Measures of the Island Development Promotion Act’.

Discussions were held regarding the comprehensive progress of urban development projects and tourism development projects, focusing on the system of laws regulating the projects and improvement measures. In particular, in-depth discussions took place on the history and improvement measures of the Island Development Promotion Act related to the development of island areas.
