Oh Seung-hyun, a lawyer, graduated from the Department of Liberal Arts and Law School at Seoul National University.
After obtaining his lawyer’s qualification, he successfully handled several cases as a litigation officer at the Legal Affairs Office of the Air Force Headquarters, and gained experience in criminal work while serving as a military prosecutor in the Ministry of National Defense's Prosecutorial Office and the special investigation team of the Military Security Command regarding martial law documents. After being discharged, he enhanced his expertise by handling cases such as tax litigation and consulting, fair trade, and administrative litigation at the law firm Lee & Ko, and broadened his understanding of corporate legal affairs by engaging in corporate litigation and consulting, responding to media and investigative agencies, and conducting internal audits at Coupang Inc.
Currently, as a lawyer at the law firm Cheongchul, he provides in-depth legal services in various fields including corporate law, taxation, administrative lawsuits, and criminal law.
