Attorney Shin Jun-sun graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Sogang University and served as a naval navigation officer. He also graduated from the Graduate School of Law at Kyung Hee University, obtaining a specialization certification in global commerce, finance, and IT & IP legal affairs.

He worked in global project bidding and purchasing at Samsung SDS, and at Hanseo Law Firm, he performed various legal advisory services related to PF loans, the establishment of asset-backed companies by financial institutions, asset transfers, NPL sales, and bond management.

Afterward, he worked in the legal division of LG CNS, leading contract reviews and dispute resolution related to large-scale public information projects and SI projects. He accumulated professional expertise in corporate legal matters through contract reviews related to S/W development, responses to regulatory agencies such as the Fair Trade Commission, enterprise project management, standard contract preparation, and analysis of legislative trends related to fair trade laws, subcontracting laws, and other business-related regulations.

Additionally, at Law Firm RoFlex, he provided legal advice across various industries including electronic finance, manufacturing, software development, education, and food services. He successfully handled corporate disputes, corporate criminal cases, and media arbitration, as well as legal advisory services and administrative litigation for government agencies.

Currently, as a member of Law Firm Cheongchul, he provides effective legal services based on a deep understanding of corporate legal risks.
