Attorney Kim Kwang-sik graduated from the Department of History at Seoul National University and passed the 56th Judicial Examination, completing the 46th Judicial Research and Training Institute. After that, he served as a military prosecutor in the Ministry of National Defense Prosecutor's Office, specializing in defense industry corruption cases, and handled investigative and trial duties.

He started his career as a lawyer at Kim & Chang Law Office, accumulating practical experience by providing legal advice and litigation services in various fields such as corporate legal affairs, finance, capital markets, fair trade, and M&A. In particular, he contributed to effectively resolving complex legal issues based on his expertise in the capital market and finance, including responding to Financial Supervisory Service investigations, administrative and civil lawsuits related to various fund incidents, IPO (Initial Public Offering) advisory, and corporate bond issuance advisory. Additionally, he provided legal support in corporate operations, including legal advice for boards of directors and shareholders' meetings, establishment of employee stock ownership associations, startup investment attraction, and advisory on the establishment and operation of venture investment companies, holding numerous successful advisory cases for many domestic and international companies.

Currently, as a member of the law firm Cheongchul, he positions himself as a trusted legal partner that deeply understands clients' needs and provides practical solutions, based on his outstanding expertise and diverse experiences.
