Cheongchul provided advice on the conditions under which the Subcontracting Act (Fair Subcontract Transactions Act) may also apply to subcontracting transactions between small and medium enterprises, as well as key regulatory requirements under the Subcontracting Act at the time of subcontracting, such as the obligation to provide written documents, prohibition of unfair special agreements, and obligations regarding advance payments and subcontract payments, along with overall legal advice on whether there are any violations of the Subcontracting Act and Fair Trade Act in the subcontracting contract.
