The law firm Cheongchul has strengthened its expertise in the criminal field by recruiting Lee Kyung-jun, former prosecutor of the Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office.
Former prosecutor Lee Kyung-jun (the 8th bar exam) worked at the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office Suncheon Branch, Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office Goyang Branch, and Daegu District Prosecutors' Office Pohang Branch, and before retiring, served as a prosecutor at the Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office.
While serving as a prosecutor at the Uijeongbu District Goyang Branch, former prosecutor Lee Kyung-jun accumulated various experiences regarding real estate-related cases, handling fraud, breach of trust, embezzlement, tax cases, voice phishing cases, building law violations, farmland law violations, and waste management law violations in the financial and economic crime dedicated department. Additionally, while serving as a prosecutor at the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office Pohang Branch and Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office, he was responsible for sexual violence, stalking, and child abuse cases, actively handling cases including rape, quasi-rape, quasi-forced molestation, violations of the law on the protection of children and adolescents, violations of the law on punishment for sexual violence crimes and special cases concerning child abuse crimes, thereby building in-depth expertise in the areas of sexual violence, stalking, and child abuse.
